CrossFit ia a 1 hour long core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Utilizing the barbell, weights and other equipment, elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
Boot Camp is a 1 hour long group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. With less emphasis on the heavier weightlifting CrossFit offers, bootcamps are still designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, creating a spirit of teamwork and group support not found in a traditional workout setting.
